Terms
We expect your arrival from 4 p.m. onwards, and your departure no later than by 10 a.m. Upon your arrival to the villa, please prepare the guarantee deposit in the amount of EUR 500.00 in cash, so that you can start your vacation without delay.
The guarantee deposit will be returned prior to your departure, after checking the villa. In case of any damage to the villa and its devices caused by the guests, we have the right to charge the appropriate amount from the guarantee deposit, as well as to require compensation for eventual costs that exceed the deposit guarantee. Please report any damage immediately so that you could repair it or compensate for it before the arrival of the following guests. In order to protect ourselves against possible losses that could arise due to booking cancellation, we suggest you obtain travel insurance.
In case of booking cancellation, the following conditions apply:
cancellation 44-30 days prior to the arrival: we retain 70% of the total amount;
cancellation between 29-0 days prior to arrival: we retain 100% of the total amount.
In case we are forced to cancel your booking for objective reasons, we will notify you about it as soon as possible and, if you request so, we will try to find an alternative accommodation of a similar category for you and we will refund any possible difference in price. If it is impossible to find a suitable and available alternative accommodation, we will refund your payment, but we will not bear any further responsibility.
Pets are accepted only on request and with an additional fee. VILLA ATRIA cannot host more people than its maximum capacity (10).
The use of the villa for commercial purposes, as well as the organization of social events, weddings, parties and similar, must be arranged in advance, for which there additional payments and a higher deposit might be required.
Warnings
We shall not be held responsible for valuables left by guests in or around the villa. The villa has a safe and guests themselves programme the security code for its opening and closing. We shall not be responsible for the death or injuries of guests staying at the villa, or for cases of force majeure and events beyond our control. It is strictly forbidden to invite other people who are not registered to stay in the villa. The swimming pool and other areas in the villa and around it are not specially secured and suitable for children, therefore we advise you to warn them about it and provide constant supervision over small children. The depth of the pool is 150 centimetres, so jumping into the pool is not allowed. Due to the slippery surface, walking with wet feet or footwear is not recommended!
Turn off the lights in and around the villa, as well as the air conditioning, when you are going out, sunbathing, going on excursions, etc. When you go out, close the doors and windows of the villa for your own safety. Do not press the buttons on timers for underfloor heating, as the villa manager will do this for you. When using the barbecue, guests must pay attention to the open flame, i.e. supervise the grill after barbecuing to prevent fire. Children are strictly forbidden to light the fire unsupervised, in or around the villa.
